With thousands, upon thousands, upon thousands, of acres of BLM / National Forest in every direction the hunting and recreational opportunities are vast. The property is located in Game Management Unit 55 and encompasses some exceptional Elk and Mule Deer hunting, almost all on public land. Pronghorn Antelope are also doing very well in the open grasslands throughout this region.
Blue Mesa Reservoir, only an hour away, is the largest body of water in Colorado and offers recreational opportunities year round. Blue Mesa offers trophy size Lake Trout fishing as well as the largest Kokanee Salmon fishery in the United States.
